Black list of the unfair competition law

The so called “black list” got in force on December 30th 2008 as a crucial novelty in the German unfair competition law. This list contains 30 actions which always and in any case have to be regarded as unfair competition.

Argument with the affiliates?

In this article, Mr. Faber describes the legal hazards of affiliate-marketing for the advertising companies. Using this way of advertising, the required measures for controlling the affiliates are neglected much too often. Because of this, the advertising companies were made liable for advertising messages made by their affiliates.
